Our CompanyGreen Warehouse was established in 2001 as a web-based retailer of eco-friendly products. Since then we have become a major retailer of office recycling bins, compost bins and push-lawnmowers. With our sister company Manual Mowers, www.manualmowers.co.uk we are one of the largest online retailers of push lawnmowers in the UK. Green Warehouse is committed to minimising the impact of its activities on the environment and encouraging its customers and suppliers to do the same. |  |

To provide efficient and useful customer service: All our team are kept informed and up to date about the products that we sell. If we can't answer your question straight away then we will find out and get back to you within the same day. We are happy to offer advice on which product is most suitable to your needs. We also work hard to help customers meet tight deadlines. To promote sustainability: We promote resource efficiency, waste reduction and recycling within our own operations and among our customers and suppliers. We aim to source the most environmentally friendly products available, and encourage the development of new products using environmentally friendly materials and production methods. |  |
Our operations:Energy: 100% of the electrical energy used by Green Warehouse comes from 100% renewable sources. Everything including heating, lighting, computers, even our forklifts are powered by renewable energy. The production of energy produces nearly 40% of the UK's carbon emissions. Materials use: Throughout our operations we try to keep material use to a minimum. This includes the packaging of our products (this also means less waste for our customers to dispose of). We also only use highly recyclable materials. Recycling: At Green Warehouse all our recyclable and biodegradable waste is collected and recycled. Printing and paper use is kept to a minimum and we reuse paper and packaging whenever possible. |  |
