Cancellation prior to despatch:
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
provided goods have not been packed for despatch.
Returning unopened goods:
Where goods have already been dispatched to you, you can return goods unopened for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (please note, there will be a 10% restocking charge to cover initial carriage costs). You must contact Green Warehouse to obtain a return number prior to returning goods. Simply email us email@example.com or call us on for this.

The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods we will refund the amount paid (less the 10% restocking charge, if applicable).
Returning used or opened goods:
We cannot accept used or opened goods unless proven to be faulty or damaged.
Damaged or faulty goods:
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we reserve the right to send appropriate parts or products to replace those damaged or faulty.
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.
Incomplete orders or parts missing:
In the unlikely event that manufactures accidentally omit parts or items from the product box or packaging, we reserve the right to supply replacements of those parts or items.
Missing parts or items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.
