Delivery Costs:

Delivery is £4.00 plus VAT on ALL orders.


We regret we are unable to supply customers outside the UK mainland.

Taking Delivery:

If you anticipate being out on the day of delivery: please provide delivery instructions (for example: 'if out: leave in back garden or with neighbour at no 24'). Please note if there will be no one to sign for the goods, there must be a signed note that can be taken by the driver as proof of delivery.

If delivery is unsuccessful, a card will be left and the item/s will be returned to the nearest depot for collection.

Couriers only deliver between 9AM and 5PM Monday to Friday and cannot specify dedicated delivery times due to the nature of their complex delivery schedules.

Despatch Day:

Provided the item/s are in stock and the order is placed before 3:00 PM; goods will be despatched on the day of your order. Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the Monday following.

If your order is placed after 3:00 PM, we will do our best to despatch that day, but will more likely be the next day.

Delivery Services:

Next Day Delivery:
Provided the item/s are in stock: goods will arrive the day after the despatch day (see above).

2 Day Delivery:
Provided the item/s are in stock: goods will arrive two days after the despatch day (see above).

Whilst we try our very best to deliver on schedule, there are occasions when we are not able to do so. Green Warehouse cannot guarantee to meet the deadlines outlined above. We accept no responsibility for the consequences of delivering late (or early).

Reporting Undelivered Orders:

If in the unlikely event, you have not received your goods within the specified delivery period you must let us know within 30 days of the despatch date. We cannot accept liability for goods not delivered within 30 days of despatch, as the couriers do not allow us to claim for lost items after this period.

Damaged or faulty goods:

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we reserve the right to send appropriate parts or products to replace those damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.

Incomplete orders or parts missing:

In the unlikely event that manufactures accidentally omit parts or items from the product box or packaging, we reserve the right to supply replacements of those parts or items.

Missing parts or items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.

Cancellation prior to despatch:

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to sales@greenwarehouse.co.uk provided goods have not been packed for despatch.

Returning unopened goods:

Where goods have already been dispatched to you, you can return goods unopened for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (please note, there will be a 10% restocking charge to cover initial carriage costs). You must contact Green Warehouse to obtain a return number prior to returning goods. Simply email us sales@greenwarehouse.co.uk or call us on for this.

The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

Upon receipt of the goods we will refund the amount paid (less the 10% restocking charge, if applicable).

Returning used or opened goods:

We cannot accept used or opened goods unless proven to be faulty or damaged.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we reserve the right to send appropriate parts or products to replace those damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.
