Order delays due to COVID-19 H96/V70:
Due to the recent border changes in light of the new strain of Covid virus our transport companies are no longer accepting goods for export until further notice. We hope that this can be resolved quickly and our delivery of goods can resume.
Brexit:
In addition to this unprecedented situation: all orders shipped in 2021 will need to be sent with a commercial export invoice. We are working hard to understand the full impact of this new arrangement, before implementing necessary measures to ensure our export customers are not inconvenienced. However unfortunately, it will take some time before we can understand the full nature of the new ways of operating and the best ways to improve it.
