Delivery is £4.00 plus VAT on ALL orders.
We regret we are unable to supply customers outside the UK mainland.
Provided the item/s are in stock and the order is placed before 3:00 PM; goods will be despatched on the day of your order. Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the Monday following.
How long does delivery take?
Provided the item/s are in stock: goods will arrive the working day after the despatch day (see above).
Whilst we try our very best to deliver on schedule, there are occasions when we are not able to do so. Green Warehouse cannot guarantee to meet the deadlines outlined above. We accept no responsibility for the consequences of delivering late (or early).
Couriers only deliver between 9AM and 5PM Monday to Friday and cannot specify dedicated delivery times due to the nature of their complex delivery schedules. However you will be sent a tracking email informing you of the expected delivery time to within an hour (if you have entered your email address in the courier email box at the checkout).
If delivery is unsuccessful, a card will be left and the item/s will be returned to the nearest depot for collection.
Reporting Undelivered Orders
If in the unlikely event, you have not received your goods within the specified delivery period you must let us know within 14 days of the despatch date. We cannot accept liability for goods not delivered within 14 days of despatch, as the couriers do not allow us to claim for lost items after this period.
Damaged or faulty goods
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we reserve the right to send appropriate parts or products to replace those damaged or faulty.
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.
Incomplete orders or parts missing
In the unlikely event that manufactures accidentally omit parts or items from the product box or packaging, we reserve the right to supply replacements of those parts or items.
