UK mainland £7.50 + VAT, UK non-mainland £30.00 + VAT.
Provided the item/s are in stock and the order is placed before 2:00 PM; goods will be despatched on the day of your order. Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the Monday following.
How long does delivery take?
Provided the item/s are in stock: goods will arrive the working day after the despatch day (see above).
Whilst we try our very best to deliver on schedule, there are occasions when we are not able to do so. Green Warehouse cannot guarantee to meet the deadlines outlined above. We accept no responsibility for the consequences of delivering late or early.
Couriers only deliver between 9AM and 5PM Monday to Friday and cannot specify dedicated delivery times due to the nature of their complex delivery schedules. However you will be sent a tracking email informing you of the expected delivery time to within an hour (if you have entered your email address in the courier email box at the checkout).
If delivery is unsuccessful, a card will be left and the item/s will be returned to the nearest depot for collection or re-delivery.
Reporting Undelivered Orders
If in the unlikely event, you have not received your goods within the specified delivery period you must let us know within 14 days of your order date.
Damaged or faulty goods
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to send appropriate parts or products to replace those damaged or faulty.
Incomplete orders or parts missing
Missing parts or items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to supply replacements of those parts or items.
Cancellation prior to despatch
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to email@example.com provided goods have not been packed for despatch.
Where goods have already been dispatched to you, you can return goods unopened for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. You must contact Green Warehouse to obtain a return number prior to returning goods. Simply email us firstname.lastname@example.org for this. Upon receipt of the goods we will refund the amount paid (less the original shipping charge).
- The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
- We cannot accept used or opened goods unless proven to be faulty or damaged.
- We cannot accept returns on customised products.
- All of the above does not affect your statutory rights.
